The SVP Operations and Finance for a small, California-based Asset Management Company approached TalentWoo because his accounting team was having a hard time finding quality talent.  Merely posting to job boards was getting a large influx of unqualified resumes and the screening process was both time-consuming and tedious.  Having worked with TalentWoo at previous companies, the SVP called and asked if we could find him the experienced Property Accountant he needed, who had YARDI experience and lived within commuting distance to the outlying area where their offices were headquartered.

For a single-hire search, TalentWoo partnered with the Asset Management company on a retained basis and negotiated a reduced fee for an ongoing, exclusive parntership. TalentWoo was able to cast a broader online marketing presence, tap into our existing database, and contact our pipelines of property accounting talent from previous searches with clients in the same area. We assigned an experienced recruiter to handle all screening, interviewing and offer negotiation on behalf of the client, removing much of the hiring headaches the SVP was complaining about.
