The Challenge
A residential mortgage company with operations in all aspects of mortgage loan servicing needed an affordable, scalable solution to quickly staff their lending business. The company was experiencing exponential growth during and immediately following the COVID pandemic, as low interest rates, chronic underemployment and home renovations took center stage. They needed experienced lending and mortgage recruiters who could quickly adapt to their internal process, and accelerate hiring of lending contact center staff to accommodate the immediate and pending acquisitions of additional loan portfolios.
The Solution
